We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our MIS team as Junior Systems Analyst in our office based in Oakleigh South, Melbourne.
About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to support Synnex’s internal IT infrastructure and business systems and ensure their smooth operation in order to provide maximum performance and availability for users. This is a Junior level position and will involve IT admin work as well as helpdesk / troubleshooting support.
Reporting to the Management Information Systems Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Troubleshooting and problem solving across the IT infrastructure
- Maintaining and monitoring ERP and website data, printer systems.
- Setting up computer hardware such as notebooks, desktops and related peripheral devices and deploying to end users.
- Re-imaging\Rebuilding of devices prior to re-deploying.
- Ability to understand overall EDI process and provide user support.
- Logging faults with vendor and service providers for faulty hardware or services.
- Onboarding/offboarding of internal company staff
- Be responsible for hardware inventory levels and asset management.
- Preparation and submission of e-approvals, bills, quotations, purchase orders and invoices
Skills and Experience
- 1 - 3 years’ experience providing technical support and the ability to demonstrate that.
- Experience with any ERP or CRM systems, or SQL knowledge is preferable.
- Commitment, initiative and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communicator who can liaise with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate on projects, and can deliver team and customer outcomes.
- Good documentation skills and ability to produce design artefacts (i.e., process diagrams or data flow diagrams) and walkthrough with stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and carry out activities in order to produce quality deliverables within deadline
