Our company seeks an eager and passionate Junior Technical IT Support Trainee to join Our team! As a leader in the industry, Desspos Solutions has been providing reliable and integrated POS systems to businesses Australia-wide for over 50 years.

As the Technical Support Trainee, you will help customers via remote support to resolve technical issues and also train to deliver the best possible experience and outcome for our clients. Our ideal candidate has or is prepared to obtain a Certificate I, II, or III in Information Technology & Networking.
What you will do:
- Answer support calls via phone/email and log tickets
- Remote or onsite training on SwiftPOS product suite
- Remotely login or attend venues to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Setup & configure required hardware
- Workshop repairs of POS Hardware
- Onsite technical support and maintenance
- After-hours support on-call rotation when confident
What you need:
- Interests in Information Technology
- Advanced fault-finding Skills
- Willingness to learn and upskill
- Ability to work autonomously and use your initiative
- Demonstrate basic computer skills
- Must have a driver's licence (Red Ps minimum)
