The Raiders Belconnen, part of the Raiders Group is an iconic brand. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sous chef, as well as Casual Chefs to assist in taking our dining experience to the next level.
In this hands-on role, you will have the support of our current chefs and senior management team who are passionate about what they do.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Capability of cooking in a high volume, fast paced kitchen environment.
- Food preparation and cooking to high standards.
- Following procedures and recipe cards.
- Having Food safety and kitchen hygiene as a priority- always!
- Being an all-rounder with a “can do” attitude.
- Overseeing the kitchen in the head chefs absence.
- Working with the catering and management teams to help increase sales and quality of meals for out customers.
About You:
- Fully qualified and have cooking experience in high volume settings.
- Previous Sous Chef experience in a busy environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrate ability in cooking in all facets of a kitchen.
- Ability to be calm in high pressure situations.
- Maintain a harmonious working environment with all staff.
