My client is a boutique firm specialising in tax, accounting and advisory. The team consist of a close-knit group of 5, led by an ex-Big 4 Partner.
Although small, the business is experiencing continued growth year-on-year, and are now looking to add to their team to continue to support this expansion.
Your role will involve providing compliance services to a broad portfolio of clients. You will be mentored closely by the Partner, and have a high degree of client contact. Allowing you to develop both your technical accounting skills and your professional soft skills.
Inside the office you'll find a laid-back and low stress environment (with no overtime or Time Sheets) with support for you to complete your CA/CPA studies. The team are all very friendly and they have a lively and social atmosphere in the office.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be completing their CA or CPA (or be looking to commence)
- Have 12 + months experience in a public practice firm
- Be proficient with Xero & MYOB software
- Have a genuine interest in working for a boutique firm
