We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join our Operations teams at our Village located in Karratha, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Full-time, permanent Duty Manager Position Available.
Duty Manager
This position is permanent night shift, responsible for the continual monitoring of all Civeo's Accommodation and Behavioural policies and procedures. This would be conducted through regularly checking in with departments and facilities (Buildings) throughout the villages, and regular inspections of the village/surroundings. This position will also be required to respond to emergency situations throughout the village and conduct welfare check at the request of Village Management.
To assist with the Food & Beverage Department, Administration and Village Management with various tasks including auditing, stocktake, conducting welfare checks and administrative duties.
Note: this role may require candidates to undergo psychometric testing as part of the recruitment process.

To be successful, you will have:
- Demonstrated relevant work experience in a management or supervisory level role within the commercial hospitality industry
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or hospitality discipline (desirable)
- Certificate II in Security Operations (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (RMLV preferred)
- Advanced First Aid certificate (qualification will be offered to successful applicants who do not hold this)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Competence to train / assist in staff training
- Capability to work well under pressure
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
- Highly developed financial analysis skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with accommodation software packages (preferably RMS9)
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
- Class C, Manual Driver's Licence (highly regarded)
