A welcome spike in demand has created many opportunities to join their production teams on both day and afternoon shift, with strong potential to lead into long term roles.
Located in Bayswater North and starting at $41.81 per hour, a huge surge in new truck orders has created some great opportunities to join the paint shop, potentially for the long term.
**There are both day and afternoon shifts available.
As part of the paint shop, you will be responsible for preparing some of Australia's greatest truck parts within a strong, dynamic team environment so an ability to work effectively with others is key, along with:
- Preparing trucks for paint (prepare, prime, buff)
- Sanding/ Masking up
- A strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand/pneumatic tools
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good physical fitness
Previous experience in a prepper/painting position within automotive or similar industry is preferred.
There are day and afternoon shift available with ongoing work for the right candidate. You will be flexible to work on day (7am - 3.30pm) and afternoon shift (4pm - 12.30am)
