Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with key clients in the transport and logistics industry. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts in the transport and logistics sector.
- Understand client requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and execute strategies to expand business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on Key Account performance and business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or business development within the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
