Key Account/ Operations Manager
CHUBB Fire are seeking a highly experienced Manager for a unique role based in Melbourne, who prides themselves on building relationships within teams and with clients.

About the Role
Reporting to the Fixed Service Manager and based in our Dingley (Melbourne) office, this role is pivotal to Chubb's ongoing success in the Fire and Safety service/maintenance market across Melbourne, Victoria. The role is very customer facing and the key area focus will be contract performance, process and profitability, managing a small team of highly experienced technicians and maintaining professional levels of communication with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, monitor and deliver financial budgets and forecasts
- Manage client contractual and compliance expectations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all employees and stakeholders
- Ensure invoicing is completed accurately and within contract timeframes, including the follow up of aged debtors
- Manage business risks and ensure compliance
- Provide close, personal and strong leadership, motivation, and direction to reports
- Forward plan, coordinate and allocate labour resources for maximum safety, productivity, efficiency and work quality
About You:
- Proven track record of managing Key Accounts and operational teams
- A true relationship builder who thrives in a busy environment.
- Industry experience and technical knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communicator with good business acumen
- Previous experience in the Fire industry an advantage
- Experience in managing service / minor works an advantage
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR).
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
