To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Demonstrated ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes which respond to a diverse range of student and client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, customised and safe learning environment and provide support and advice to a diverse range of students and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of high-quality training and assessment materials.
• Demonstrated awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)

OR

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)

OR

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the following units:

o TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor, ORo TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skillsANDo TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor, ORo TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools ORo TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools OR

• Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
• Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (Desirable)
• Vocational qualification in Allied Health Assistance (Minimum)
