About the role:
We’re looking for an energetic sales hunter with a never say die attitude and great attention to detail. The role is diverse with responsibilities across large and small customers. We’re looking for someone with fresh ideas and thinking, but at the same time is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and deliver on the priority tasks at hand. This role is reliant on a level of autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute face-to-face sales calls, effectively engaging with both large and small accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a selling environment, consistently achieving successful closures.
- Drive day-to-day account development strategies aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize Account Management skills honed in hospitality, recruitment, or a related field.
- Embrace a fast-paced workplace and display an eagerness to adapt and learn.
- Show meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of sales operations.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members adapting seamlessly to diverse situations
- Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities to streamline workflow and meet targets.
- Strong computer and technical skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Possess a valid Australian driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- While experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
