The Business

Gravity Seltzer Co is a fast moving and emerging leader in the “Better for You” drinks category. Partly owned by some of Australia’s best known and well regarded adventure sports athletes and drinks industry experts. Not content with just being better for you, Gravity is also better for the environment, planting 10,500 trees this year with its partner Airseed Tech. Gravity has a growing portfolio of brands within the light RTD category led by its brewed Hard Seltzer range that is less than 100 calories, 99% sugar free and gluten free. 

The Role

Located in Sydney, Wollongong or Newcastle and reporting to the Sales Director, the Key AccountsOn Premise role is a new position for Gravity.  The main responsibilities will be to maintain and grow Gravity's brewed Hard Seltzer draught venue partnerships, Venues NSW stadiums account management, cruise business, and support our off premise sales partner CBCo with a limited amount of high volume bottleshop account management.

This is a growth business and a growth role that will have direct responsibility for around 80 accounts and have supporting key account management responsibility with 5 x stadia, multiple cruise lines and 3-4 large On Premise pub groups.

It is expected that 3-4 days per week for this role will be spent in the trade and the rest working from home or in the office. At least three of those days per fortnight will be spent in Sydney.

This role will be best suited to an experienced rep with a passion for pubs and bars looking to take a step up. Or a master of your trade, over corporate life and wanting to make an impact in a smaller, faster moving business where we always remember to have fun.

What do you bring to the role?

  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading beverages/alcoholic brands
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing a pool of Key Accounts
  • You have strong existing relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on the On Premise
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong understanding of industry wholesalers and how to support them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Look forward to working the odd weekend with the team at a festival or event. 
  • Drivers licence and RSA.
