As a Key Control Analyst, you will provide assurance to the Manager Assurance, the COO and Country Head of Vanuatu that all operational processes within the bank that it is being managed effectively and in accordance with Group Policy. You are also responsible for reporting on the regulatory compliance obligations that apply in the Vanuatu operations environment.
In addition, you are responsible with the following:
Ensure that processes are in place for all operations staff to report and escalate actual and potential operational losses.
Prepare monthly reports for the COO documenting all actual / potential losses in Vanuatu operations i.e., reconciliation errors, duplicated payments etc.
Assist Managers develop checklists and testing programs, so they are able to undertake regular checking to identify risks, issues or adverse trends.
Track and monitor the progress of all outstanding audit & KCT items that relate to the Vanuatu Operations Business. Provide oversight and validation that actions have been appropriately closed. Escalate overdue action items to the COO.

What will you bring?

Proven experience in Key Control Testing (KCT) or audit.
Knowledge of country operations.
Develops and applies business knowledge.
Proven ability to work in a team and proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve team performance.
Analytical skills and sound report writing skills.
