About the role
As a Senior Test Analyst in our Customer Marketing Solutions team, you will lead the design, development, and execution of quality assurance processes that ensure our software solutions meet the highest standards. Your expertise will be crucial in testing correspondence solutions generated from our Quadient Inspire Customer Communication (CCM) Platform and its integrating systems.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead the creation of test plans, conditions, scripts, and data that provide comprehensive coverage of our software's functionality.
- Proactively identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution and maintain our commitment to quality.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional team, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver exceptional solutions.
- Adhere to our rigorous test quality standards and actively contribute to enhancing our testing processes and artefacts.
This position is available as a permanent opportunity with flexibility to be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
About you
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Tertiary level of education in Information Technology discipline.
ISTQB certification or similar qualification. - Intermediate level knowledge of databases including experience updating, inserting, and merging tables, writing SQL queries with multiple joins, applying indexing, and using subqueries.
- Knowledge and/or experience with testing tools such as SoapUI.
- Demonstrated experience prioritising and managing multiple assignments.
