Service Delivery
Our Key Support Workers will be providing on-the-job training across a range of activities, from domestic duties, such as, cooking, to activities of daily living including - personal hygiene, dressing, eating and drinking, mobility, bladder and bowel support. You will be proving this training to new PSWs joining one of our client’s teams. This is to prepare them for working with our clients independently. Our Key Support Workers may work with one or several of our clients and they will also provide on-going support, coaching and be mentors to small teams of PSWs across these clients. You may be assisting our clients with their recreational and leisure activities. At Spinal Life Australia we try to ensure that our intrusion into our client’s activities is minimal and that their privacy is always respected. Our Key Support Workers and PSWs will work as a team to always maintain high service standards and a positive team dynamic.
