One Tree Balim Balim Kindergarten is in the Wunggurrwil Dhurrung Centre which is an integrated family and neighbourhood centre. One Tree Balim Balim provides a high-quality kindergarten program for local children and families. The service is inspired by child-led approach and local culture.
This is a fixed term position beginning ASAP - 20.12.2024
What you’ll bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (desirable)
- Valid WWCC
- Experience working within an Early Education and Care Service (desirable)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work autonomously, exhibiting strong initiative and decision-making skills
- You will have well-developed time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing service delivery processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a reflective approach to decision-making.
- Understanding of and dedication to Balim Balim's mission, values, and code of ethics.
- Ability to use a wide range of Microsoft Office Programs
- Providing administrative support to the service
- Assisting in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and staff
- You will support the Nominated Supervisor in the administration and office duties within the service
- Ensure the service's documentation is filed accordingly
- Assist community members with queries
