Due to internal staff movements, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Accounts and Billing team. The role is the first point of contact for customer support and telephone contact, and assists with the processing of meter reads and water billing, attends to enquires and is vital in responding to customer email communications within the Aqwest required timeframes. We are open to discussing part time or full-time options with the right candidate.

About the role:
Some of the tasks involved include, but are not limited to:
- Respond as the first point of customer contact and telephone contact.
- Customer liaison for Accounts related enquiries.
- Assist with the processing of vacate reads and water billing.
- Produce overdue notices for issue to customers.
- Process and follow up on all rebate grants and denials.
- Maintain the Water Efficiency Measures (i.e. water restrictions) registers.
- Provide support to Accounts Team as required.
- Responding to emails.
