Mildura Early Learning Centre is a privately owned centre, seeking a Kindergarten Teacher with a passion for making a difference in a child's world.  

We are assessed to be “Exceeding” National Quality Standards. We are very proud to be a high quality early learning centre and our team are very dedicated to delivering exceptional educational curriculums and care.
Our philosophy is a play based emergent curriculum. We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and this is incorporated into our curriculum and environment. We are a smaller boutique service;  beautiful facilities and plentiful learning resources.

Qualities essential for the position:

• Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent (Validated by ACECQA)
• Victorian Teacher Registration (VIT): Early Childhood
• Current First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate
• Applied knowledge of the EYLF
• Team work, good written and communication skills

Our offer:

• An above Award competitive flexible salary package $40 - $47 per hour. (Full Time Equivalent[FTE] Range $79,000 - $92,000), plus superannuation and FTE 8-10 weeks paid annual leave. Our package has flexibility.
• We offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 payable at the successful completion of probationary period (conditions apply).
• We are open to discuss flexible working hour arrangements - full-time or part-time, etc).
• Provision of an extensive amount of non-contact time (4-7 hours) to develop a high quality kindergarten program. 
• We value healthy and safety, we will be covering the cost of your full first aid certificate (up to $150) or your first aid refresher course (up to $60).
• We offer time in lieu for the attendance at staff meetings to promote team collaboration. This allows you to use paid time in lieu at another time instead of using annual leave.
• We have an extensive professional development and leadership program and we provide customised training for all educators. 
• We have wonderful indoor and outdoor learning environments and beautiful resources to deliver engaging learning experiences. Regular resource orders are completed to maintain high quality learning and care.
