My client, a highly regarded kindergarten attached to a Private Grammar School in Melbourne inner north / eastern suburbs is seeking an experienced kinder teacher to deliver their 4 -5 year old program. This is a contract role commencing May 2024 until May 2025.Their focus is to provide nurturing child care with a holistic approach to teaching that engages children's curiosity and helps them gain confidence. As the Kinder Teacher you will be providing creative programs to extend children's learning alongside dedicated team of educators and access to ongoing professional development and training will be provided to you. The kindergarten follows the Reggio Emilia Philosophy and embraces Jewish culture.They are paying under the schools own EBA which include - paid for all school holidays, extended program planning time, set shifts and a very competitive pay rate between $80,000k and $120,000k per year depending on experience level and qualifications. The role:As the Kinder teacher you will be responsible for implementing the program plan ensuring they reflect the EYLF and centre Philosophy and values.
