Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Predominantly hiring for All Rounders – willingness to work across Bistro, Gaming  & TAB or Sports Bar.
  Possibility to negotiate, or progress within business. We are always growing and developing!
• Passionate about building and influencing Culture Management
• Willingness to learn and absorb information, with a strong competency to manage machine & cashier functions - Efficient cash handling skills & ability to close venue.
• Ongoing training and development to grow as a team. Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work is a must
• A strong customer service focus, ability to multi-task and take initiative, as well as working autonomously or within a team to fulfil tasks - Efficient bar service with a smile; includes wines, spirts, beer and drinks knowledge.
• Great communication skills with customers and Management. Seeking someone approachable with ability to build great rapport - Build a strong rapport with regulars & locals, customers and staff alike
• Gaming & TAB experience preferred, but not essential - Willingness to learn and upskill yourself.
• Experience in Gaming Lounge preferred, however not essential. Willingness to learn machines; SystemOne, CRT and eCash services
• Well-presented and a high level of professionalism; stand tall and proud of our company branding and philosophies
• Oversee the overall ambience of the Hotels facilities throughout the night; the sounds, the smells, cleanliness and atmosphere, ensuring our quality standards are always met
• Uphold company standards maintaining daily operations & procedures, always maintaining venue's cleanliness
• Report daily to Senior Management whilst driving your night team and adhering to all company standards & procedures, maintaining all policy and Gaming Compliance. 
• A "CAN-DO" ATTITUDE AND WILLINGNESS TO LEARN! Must be a go-getter!
• Junior Bistro staff preferred - How many plates can you carry?
• We prefer quick, efficient service, with a SMILE!
• Good knowledge of food & wine pairing is a plus.

Certifications Required:

• Current Victorian RSA
• Current Gaming License and RSG Certificate (not essential, although preferred - or willingness to obtain if wanting to work Gaming shifts)
• Valid National Police Certificate
• Australian Permanent Residency
