We are seeking a motivated, and driven Kitchen hands to join our Catering team. As a part of our catering team, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Catering team to achieve The Tradies & Quality Hotel objectives:
- Providing a memorable dining experience for our members and guests.
- Our customers recommend us to their family and friends
- Implementing quality control procedures, receiving and the storage of goods.
- Completing regular stock takes
- Communicating with various departments regarding catering requirements.
- You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen areas and store areas to a meticulous level of cleanliness.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a team player willing to help where required
- Have proven experience
- Ability to work without supervision
- High attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
- Able to follow directions
- Reliable
- Flexible availabilities
Roster Expectations:
- Permanent Part-time role 20+ hours/week over 4-5 days
- Ability to work rotating roster including split shifts and weekends
- Requirement to be present at key times during Club operations including public holidays and the Christmas period (Including Christmas day)
