We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join the team at our state-of-the-art facility located in MONARTO SOUTH.

About the role
The successful Candidate will be required to plan, prep and cook lunch meals for factory workers at Monarto. The role includes:
- Provide suitable lunch meals for a team of up to 200+ employees daily.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of Cook Pad and dining room areas.
- Roster of 5 days on (Monday to Friday).
- Must be reliable.
Skills & Experience

- Prior experience working in large kitchens is desired
- Strong understanding of food handling and hygiene practices
- Strong time management, ensure meals are ready on time.
- Valid driver's license (desirable)
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing D&A screening.
Qualifications and Employment Experience:
- Commercial Cookery qualifications essential
- A proven track record as a team player who is able to work autonomously and under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Provide a nutritious healthy menu to suit a variety of tastes
- Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Solid knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
