We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Kitchen Hand to join our friendly team on a Casual basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the preparation of nutritious and delicious meals
- Ensuring meals are presented to the highest standard
- Adapting to new menus, dietary requirements and preferences
- Adhering to Health and Safety protocols
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Food Handling / Safety certificate preferred
- Ability to prepare sandwiches/wraps, salads, soups, sauces etc.
- Background in Aged Care, Health Services or Catering beneficial
- A collaborative team player with a passion for making a difference
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability including early mornings and afternoons
