Kitchen Installer / Project Co-Ordinator

Retreat Design is an established local kitchen and bathroom renovation company and is seeking an experienced cabinet maker to join our team as a Kitchen Installer / Project Coordinator.

The role of Kitchen Installer / Project Coordinator is a key component of Retreat's success and has become vacant for the first time in over 10 years.

To be considered for the role you will need to be comfortable being responsible for:

• Installation of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances according to specifications and design plans,
• Working with integrated products and complex hardware mechanisms,
• Coordinate and oversee renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timeframes,
• Collaborate with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met and communication channels remain open,
• Manage on-site logistics, including scheduling deliveries, coordinating tradespeople, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment,
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions,
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.

This role has an equal balance of installation work as well as project coordination. 

We are looking for someone who has experience in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry installation, with strong attention to detail and solid project management abilities. Success in the role will also require someone who is a good communicator who can work professionally and collaboratively with team members and clients.

The role attracts a competitive base salary, superannuation, 5 weeks annual leave, tools allowance and vehicle.
