A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a professional, passionate and creative Retail Sales Specialist to join the team at Artform Kitchens in West Gosford for an immediate start.

Located in West Gosford on the Central Coast of NSW, our state-of-the-art factory services the Central Coast, Hunter Region, Newcastle and Greater Sydney Region.
This full time position would suit a dynamic, professional and creative individual with 3 years minimum experience in Kitchen sales.
Sales Experience essential, Interior Design Qualification advantageous but not essential.
You will be responsible for:
Converting sales leads
Creative guidance for customer selection and design
Developing and maintaining strong customer and client relationships
Driving business growth through the acquisition of new leads and sales
Development and implementation of new business initiatives
Consistently achieve sales conversion and gross profit targets
Completion of administration tasks with a high level of accuracy
Key tasks:
Conduct in home sales meetings, measure and quotes and consultations with clients and sales leads
Timely follow up on and management of customer queries
Create, submit, respond to, schedule, and follow up on quotes
Hand draft kitchen designs and supply for CAD drawing
Host clients and customers in the showroom, assisting them with design and colour selection.
Develop relationships proactively with builders and trades in identified target areas.
Update CRM, reply to and maintain emails, maintain customer database
Proactively and independently manage appointments
Maintain product samples, sales kit and presentation tools.
Attend and contribute to sales meetings
Prepare and maintain reports
Liaison with clients, customers and team
Create and maintain benchtop and splashback plans
Research and presentation of designs to clients.
Handle all customer service issues expeditiously
You will have
Current Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
Strong Maths and Literacy Skills
A strong sense of organisation
A friendly and approachable nature
At least 3 years proven experience in kitchen sales
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask.
The ability to work in a motivated team environment
