About the role
As a Lead Educator you would have the opportunity to run a fabulous program autonomously and develop meaningful and engaging learning experiences, while collaborating with experienced team members.
The successful candidate must be:
- confident with the EYLF and documentation
- Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines and implement planning cycles
- Sensitive and responsive to children's needs and interests.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality, professionalism and discretion is maintained;
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculums in line with the service philosophy
- Establish and maintain positive parent and educators relationships and contribute to robust and reflective workplace culture
- ability to take on feedback and work collaboratively.

Skills and experience
Eligible applicants MUST hold the appropriate qualifications as well as hold a current Working with Children Check, First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate.
