Job DescriptionPart-Time and Casual opportunities are available to join our exceptional Stewarding team!
- Clean and sanitise crockery, cutely, pots and pans from the Food & Beverage outlets and Kitchen
- Work efficiently to ensure there is an adequate supply of clean crockery and cutlery for the Food & Beverage outlets
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness of all floors, storage areas, shelves, refrigerators and common Kitchen areas.
- Remove various garbage and recyclable materials ensuring they are disposed in their respective areas following the individual procedures (E.g. cartons, glass, oil)
- Perform surface and deep cleans as scheduled
- Use chemicals appropriately to achieve the desired level of cleanness
- Ensuring equipment (such as industrial dishwashers) in cleaned and maintained in good condition
- Follow all policies and process including completing daily checklists
Qualifications- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation
- Previous experience in a similar role / hotel environment advantageous
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early morning, late evenings and weekends.
