L2 Technical Support Engineer // Government
Talent International have partned with one of the biggest consultancies in Australia to find their next L2 Technical Support Engineer who will be working onsite for one of the Government Agencies.
Please note that minimum Permanent Residecy is required to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Basic troubleshooting and resolution in Windows/iPhone/Android etc. using ServiceNow, WorkplaceOne and the like.
- We need a self-starter in Hobart as you will be largely managing yourself.
- Provide Level 2 Technical Support via phone, email, remote.
- Customer Service, Hardware, and Software troubleshooting and configuration.
Benefits and Requirements:
- Experience providing L2 Technical Support to internal and external clients,
- Troubleshooting and resolution experience in Windows/Iphone/Android,
- Permanent Residency is required for this position.
- Paying up to $35 per hour + Super.
