- works in accordance with standard operating procedures and established criteria;
- works under direct supervision either individually or in a team environment;
- understands and undertakes basic quality control/assurance procedures including the ability to recognise
basic quality deviations/faults;
- understands and utilises basic statistical process control procedures;
- may load and unload deliveries, allocate, store goods, prepare required documentation to support
inventory and order processing;
- may operate all licensed and non-licensed materials handling equipment at an advanced level;
- follows safe work practices and can report workplace hazards.
