What you’ll do:
- Join our rubber team and manufacture custom-designed rubber wheelchair accessibility ramps for our clients.
- Our rubber ramps come in difference heights and designs, so you will need to be able to read diagrams and have a good eye for detail.
- When you are manufacturing the rubber ramps you will be using your upper body strength to compress rubber in the mould, a good physical fitness is required.
- Working together as a team, all equipment and workspaces areas are cleaned in preparation for the next day, following OH&S procedures.
- Resolve issues that occur before or during the manufacturing cycle and assist with changes.
Who you are:
- Skilled labourer who shows initiative and professionalism.
- Prior experience in a similar position preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit.
- Initiative, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Drivers license and car preferred.
