AddressOur client based in Acacia Ridge specialises in the recovery of resources from building and construction activities. Their aim is to reduce waste and allow for innovative recycling initiatives whilst providing a broad range of quality resources for the building, landscaping, and civil construction industries.
We are currently seeking hard working, PHYSICALLY FIT & MOTIVATED LABOURERS to join their team. There is the opportunity to work overtime with shifts starting from 6am (generally around 11 hour shifts). This position is full-time hours on a causal basis running from Monday to Friday with weekend work available.
Shifts
Monday to Friday (Saturday work available) - 6am starts - $34.17 per hour
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- General labouring duties
- Repetitive lifting of products up to 25kg-30kg (consistenly and repetively)
- Picking of waste (construction/building materials) from conveyor belt to be utilised in recycling initiatives
- Must have reliable transport
- PPE gear to be worn at all times.
- Adherence to all safety standards while on site
Requirements:
- Previous labouring/construction experience is highly regarded but not required.
- White Card highly regarded
- Be available to start ASAP
- Reliable and keen work ethic - we will consider minimal experience if you are interested in working hard and proving your work ethic through attendance.
