We are seeking a skilled Labourers with an MR (Medium Rigid) license to join our team. Be responsible for maintaining and nurturing plants, trees, and gardens, as well as assisting with the transportation of horticultural supplies and equipment using MR-class vehicles.

Duties and responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilising to ensure the health and vitality of plants and trees.
Monitor plant health and identify and treat diseases, pests, and other issues promptly.
Install and maintain irrigation systems as necessary to support plant growth.
Assist in the design and implementation of garden layouts, including selecting appropriate plant species and arranging them aesthetically.
Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation according to design plans and specifications.
Help maintain outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, edging borders, and performing other landscaping tasks.
Ensure that outdoor areas are kept clean and free of debris at all times.
Operate and maintain horticultural equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and chainsaws safely and efficiently.
Drive MR-class vehicles to transport horticultural supplies, equipment, and plants between locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field.
A valid MR (Medium Rigid) license.
Strong knowledge of plant species, growth habits, and care requirements.
Proficiency in operating horticultural equipment and machinery.
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
