AddressElecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
The Role:
Elecnor has a highly rewarding opportunity for Labourers with HR Truck Licenses to join our team in rural NSW.
You will be assisting our Over Head Transmission Lines team.
This is a full time permanent fixed term contract working 10 hour days on a 21/7 roster. Drive to and from our site based in Lockhart, NSW daily
Note - unfortunately we are not taking any FIFO candidates for this role. This suits people living within the Riverina area (Wagga Wagga and surrounding)
What you will need for this role:
- Current White card
- HR class drivers license at minimum
- Hand and power tools experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in similar role
- Full Australian work rights
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
