Form of workALG is actively seeking a LAME/AME with previous Painting Experience to join our client in Townsville. This role is offering an above market rate, along with flight and accommodation arrangements tailored for the right candidate.
This exciting opportunity entails a casual contract, encompassing the paint program of our client's B738 fleet, scheduled between two distinct periods: 2/05/24 - 28/8/24 and 21/09/24 - 18/12/24.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader role.
- General knoweldge of painting (preferable).
- Previous maintenance experience on the B738.
- Ability to write daily reports.
- Ability to resolve challenges presented on a local level, with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications:
- CASA qualification.
- Leadership/Management background in aviation.
- Proficiency in generating detailed daily reports.
- Previous aircraft maintenance experience, ideally on the B738.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively address local challenges.
