Job Description

Regulatory and Statutory Planning:

  • Conduct desktop assessments
  • Preparation and submission of LAANs

Stakeholder consultation and liaison: 

  • Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of approvals for client
  • Handle all enquiries and complaints courteously
  • Act as a professional and mannerly representative of Cyient and the client at all times

Client Management:

  • Provide high quality and professional advice to both internal and external clients
  • Provide accurate and timely project status updates
  • Maintain and build professional relationships with clients, local planning authorities and any other third parties, ensuring you promote company values at all time

Teamwork and internal reporting:

  • Support project team members and colleagues in delivery
  • Cooperate and work with other disciplines such as Fibre designers, CAD drafters and project managers
  • Maintain and manage the internal project database, involving instruction logging and subsequent task tracking whilst ensuring data is entered accurately
  • Assume responsibility for all aspects of file management including preparation of electronic and hard-copy files, filing and archiving for the project  team

Other Tasks:

  • Complete any other Ad-Hoc administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.  This also means tasks outside of the project environment
  • Take ownership of individual continued learning and development as it applies to the Planning discipline
  • Organizing site access for survey designers
