Global Leader – Change & Transformation, you will be responsible toprovide project management at the portfolio, program and project levels tosupport the Enterprise-wide transformation. This role will be a senior member of a project management resource teamestablished to service the portfolio of delivery initiatives and keyprograms: Delivery Excellence, Global Delivery Strategy, DeliveryTransformation. In this diverse role you will lead at project level:Establish systems, roadmaps and practices to maintain project pace andprogress
Run, manage and track progress using agile and waterfallmethodologies
Stakeholder engagement – establish and implement effectivecommunications, change and learning strategies, utilising SMEs whereneeded
Risk management -proactively identify and mitigate risks tooutcomes
Resource management – proactive assessment of resource requirementsand scheduling to ensure availability
Manages the project scope in a way that enables alignment to strategicobjectives and outcomes are delivered that meet stakeholdersexpectations
Manage project outcomes and integrations, considering theinterdependencies, sequencing of initiatives with other enterpriseactivity.Set priorities and accountablities for the activities
Track and drive quality outcomes to agreed time and budget
Clearly enable the team to articulate the value to be created by theproject
Partnering at program level:Establish and maintain effective relationships with program leadershipteam, Program reference group, adjacent initiative leaders, businessleaders and subject matter experts
Track and drive program outcomes
Identify interconnectivity with complementary strategies andintegration into the business
Establish systems and maintain ongoing day to day management of theprogram
Program and project activity performance tracking (time, budget,deliverables)Identify and manage program, project and externalinterdependencies
Develop regular reporting to the Program Leader and project leads anddetermine ongoing reporting requirements and cadence
Contributing to portfolio level:Work with the portfolio leader, delivery program leaders, functionalleaders, initiative leaders and other Project Managers, align programs andprojects to the portfolio objectives and outcomes
Identify the interdependencies and critical connections and works withorganisational development to strength the cross-portfoliocollaboration
Translate the portfolio intent into program and project decisions,which may lead to program and project changes related to: Sequencing,Rescoping, Terminating, Change of Pace, Value creation
We are looking for:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or other relevant professionalqualification / certification with signficant experience in program,project, resource and senior stakeholder management
Previous experience in a similar program management role preferred withcredibility in a proactive nature focusing on driving outcomes
Ability to apply and switch between waterfall and agile methodologiesas well as able to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidlychanging priorities
Proven analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement anddecisiveness with problem solving
Workshop facilitation and engagement of large teams
Design thinking, agile delivery and sprint management
Exceptional people relationship, influencing and networking skills
Sound written and oral communications skills, including consultationand negotiation, and the ability to develop and maintain collaborativerelationships and influence people at all levels
Proven experience and passion to drive transformation within afast-paced organisation
