About the opportunity
This role involves a mix of land and engineering surveying tasks, from surveying residential blocks to working on multi-story apartment buildings. The position is dynamic and customer-focused, requiring responsiveness to client needs and the ability to adapt to a changing schedule. Rapid promotion for the right candidate who demonstrates a consistent positive approach to all tasks and shows an ability to provide solutions to clients with a minimum of fuss.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct engineering and general surveying
- Work on a variety of projects, primarily in construction
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all surveying tasks
About you
We are seeking a motivated and experienced surveyor who thrives in a dynamic work environment and has a high work ethic.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A Diploma, TAFE, or Undergraduate degree in Surveying
- Experience with surveying software.
- Proficiency with Leica TS15/TS16 total stations and GS15/16 GPS
- A valid driver's licence
- The ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
