The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a dynamic in-house team. If you have a background in landscape construction, this is your chance to contribute to a success story.
With an array of high-profile projects and an innovative approach, we offer the chance to progress to Estimating Manager status.
Your New Role
- Price and tender multi-million-dollar projects
- Drive business development
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend tender meetings
- Facilitate a smooth handover of estimates to the construction team
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Utilise Benchmark software/Excel for precise estimates
- Strong experience and knowledge in building landscaping projects
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction OR Horticulture
- Established network with National Developers and Local Councils
- A personality and culture fit that aligns with their values
