Your new role, Complete duties including but not limited to the following:

• Have relevant experience and proven track record in leading a team and undertaking landscape works including but not limited to all aspects of hardscaping
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality commercial civil/landscape construction projects.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record completing commercial/domestic landscape projects within time, scope, and to a high-quality standard.
• Have the ability to manage sub-contractors, suppliers, staff, and training and mentoring of apprentices.
• Focus on creating a culture of care by being a visible leader, engaging, developing, and coaching your team.
• Apply a continuous improvement approach to identify and improve upon our operating philosophy and processes, and ensure quality and efficiency in our operations.

The Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years experience in commercial/domestic landscape construction including industry best practices, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of OH&S standards and practices.
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, including effective negotiation skills
• The ability to identify possible issues before they arise, and provide solutions
• Experience in leading and training a team
• Certificate in Landscape Construction will be highly regarded.
• Current Drivers License and White Construction Card
