Landscape Gardener / Horticulturist

Landmark Environmental is a horticultural, arboricultural and ecological solutions company based on the Gold Coast.

We specialise in all aspects of Horticulture & Arboriculture, from garden design & construction to ecological restoration, landscape maintenance, ethical tree works and habitat creation.

We are seeking a reliable, experienced, passionate people to join our hardworking teams across the Gold Coast.

Multiple positions are currently available including leadership positions.

Leadership position is a full-time on-going role with a salary of $65-$70k.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Undertake all turf and garden maintenance to exceptionally high levels.

Operate landscape maintenance equipment in accordance with OH&S procedures including zero-turn mowers, hedge-trimmers, brush-cutters & chainsaws.

Apply pest management and plant nutrition programs.

Maintain all machinery and equipment.

Liaise with Landmark management, site-managers, and suppliers.

Job Requirements

Minimum Certificate 3 qualifications in Horticulture, Turf Management, Conservation & Ecosystem Management (or relevant industry experience)

Physically fit, solid work ethic, attention to detail and strong teamwork skills are essential.

• Manual drivers’ licence
• Good plant ID skills and knowledge of species requirements
• QLD weed ID skills
• Construction induction card (White Card)
• Chainsaw ticket
• ACDC / ChemCert licence
• First Aid Certificate
