The Landscape Maintenance team at Martin Brothers is expanding and we are looking for people with experience in landscape maintenance and a keen interest in plants and horticulture to take on experienced gardener and Leading Hand roles.

- Ability to manage another team member in daily activities

- Ability to work outdoors in the QLD weather
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Queensland Construction White Card

They are responsible for keeping our clients landscapes in top condition and looking better than new. They are on-the-ground problem solvers who communicate frequently and effectively with the management team. They understand the fundamentals of plants and chemicals and are always striving to increase their knowledge.
