SalaryOutdoor Establishments is a Landscape Design, Construction and Horticulture firm offering a full-time position as Landscape Gardener.
We maintain residential gardens along Sydney's Upper & Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Northern Beaches with our business headquarters being strategically located in St Leonards.
The successful applicant must:
Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in all aspects of horticulture and garden maintenance with high-level skills in garden care, lawn care and hedging.
Hold a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscaping
Have a detailed knowledge of plants.
Be able to lead a small team.
Have the ability and knowledge to assist with training junior staff and apprentices in accordance with their studies in Horticulture (Certificate III in Horticulture, Certificate IV in Horticulture and Diploma of Horticulture).
Have exceptional time management skills and be able to clearly communicate with both clients and staff.
Have a full Australian Drivers License and current OH&S White Card.
Ability to work safely and encourage a safe workplace.
Be able to maintain and care for all garden maintenance tools and equipment.
Be enthusiastic and most importantly have a true love and appreciation for gardens.
Package will include:
Base Salary
Superannuation
Salary packages will be based on previous work experience, skills and qualifications (salary range from $54,000 - $75,000).
