Landscape Leading Hand

Construction Landscape Leading HandA long-established National landscape construction company have recently been awarded multiple landscape maintenance projects across the Sunshine Coast. Therefore, are looking to strengthen their maintenance team by adding an additional Experienced Landscape Leading Hand.Pay: $65,000 + Vehicle + Super
Weekly Works: Monday - Friday | 40-45hr weeksEssential skills required:

• A minimum 3 years previous experience as a Leading hand or Junior Supervisor
• A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture and/or Minimum 3 years Landscaping Experience
• Strong people management skills and leadership qualities
• Class C Manual Drivers licence
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Experience operating mechanical equipment including Hedgers, ride on mowers, Chainsaws and
• brush cutters.
• ACDC Ticket
