Workshop Supervisor wanted from a Diesel Fitter background for a mining rebuild workshop in N.QLD. Monday to Friday role. Ute + Bonus

The role and dutiesReporting into the operations Manager you'll be looking after a team experienced mechanics and apprentices. Based wholly off the tools, you will enjoy leading, mentoring and organising the team whilst driving a collaborative work environment. You'll also be responsible for;
- Assigning tasks to team members based on their experience
- Maintenance of relevant administrative tasks
- Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure the team adhere to quality standards
- Parts forecasting

Your valueYou will have come from a mining or earthmoving background with previous experience leading a team. You'll also consider yourself a motivated "people focused" leader with a drive to run a thriving team and assist the team when necessary. You'll also have administrative skills to accompany daily requirements from the team. You will also have;-
- Mechanical trade qualification
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience supervising a team (Either in a Leading Hand or supervisor role)
- Great communication skills
- Affective time management and organisational skills.
- A strong attention to detail and quality control
