About your skills and experience:
Ideally your experience will include servicing on touch screens
- Repairing and refurbishing of laptops, mobile phones, tablets, iPad, and peripherals.
- Bonus if you can do PCI flashing and circuit board repair on devices
- Installing, setting-up, and test latest software in electronic devices.
- Diagnose and repair various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
- Perform software updates, battery replacements, screen repairs, and other hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Rare Occasionally doing onsite work (with short notice at times)
- Order, receive and distribution of spare parts.
- Provide product support and technical advice to customers via phone & email and face to face
- Good mechanical aptitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable, confident and a self-starter who is able to work independently.
Qualifications:
- An Information Technology background.
- Experience on repair, install, set-up, test, and troubleshooting computers, tablets, iPad and mobile phones.
- Skills in soldering on small electronics components. like chips, diodes, ports and reballing
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft office suite - Word, Outlook & Excel
- The ability to maintain job documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High knowledge in computer software and mobile operating systems.
- Flexibility to We can offer part time or fulltime with some great flexible work options
Salary offered: $60,000 to $80,000 + Superannuation.
