Confident managing a high volume of deliveries and stock, you will be able to quickly prioritise and understand where you can take advantage of immediate wins.With the skills to be both directive and collaborative with your team, you will be confident to create a culture that can deliverer exceptional customer service standards, store standards as well as financial results. You will have excellent communication skills and be highly capable to motivate and drive a team to new heights of success through training as well as performance management.About You....

• Strong communication skills with an ability to style shift to suit your audience

• Big Box / High Volume retail experience required
