About the role
We are looking for a casual Laundry Hand to join our team, the role is to provide clean linen of a high quality to the customers that we serve from our business unit ‘Eureka Linen’.
Key Responsibilities
To work collaboratively with production staff and management in various Laundry Hand functions which includes Ironer operation, folding, sorting linen, and any other tasks required to meet production outcomes.
Adherence to infection control policies and procedures as identified in the Grampians Health Infection Control Manuals.
Participation in the Grampians Health integrated risk management and quality improvements systems by being aware of responsibilities to identify, minimise and manage risks and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in your workplace through communication and consultation with managers and colleagues.
Compliance with all Grampians Health Policies and Procedures.
Extend confidentiality to the commercial and financial interests and activities of Grampians Health by ensuring that the affairs of Grampians Health, its patients, clients and staff remain strictly confidential and are not divulged to any third party except where required for clinical reasons or by law.
