Elite Linen is a modern and long established Commercial Laundry located in Bentley, which is well regarded in the industry, servicing Hotels, Restaurants and remote sites throughout Western Australia.

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to run our morning operations, the right candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated, self-driven and is someone who demonstrates sound judgement and is used to a fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a fast food environment would be highly regarded
• At least 3 years experience in a supervisory/management role
• Laundry experience is not necessary but demonstrated experience in a fast paced environment with high level output is essential
• The ability to learn and acquire knowledge of the operation of Laundry Plant and equipment
• A constructive, inclusive leadership style building teams of accountable people who can deliver on business goals
• An ability to identify and actively promote continuous improvement to product quality, processes and systems within any facet of the work environment
• The ability to plan the workforce and prepare rosters to meet daily production needs
• The ability to deliver agreed KPIs in the required time frames in line with the organisations strategic plan
• Role will become full-time after a successful probation period.
