We present an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Property Lawyer who aspires to further their career with a leading law firm. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to a diverse clientele in a range of matters in the Property sector. Your focus will be on both Property Litigation as well as transactional matters. Collaborating with a dynamic and high-performing team that encourages you to reach your full potential and think outside the box, this position will be tailored to your strengths and propel your career to new heights.

To be eligible for this role, you should be an accomplished lawyer with more than 5+ years of experience in property law. This role will see you work on some of the following, but not limited to: 

• Property acquisitions and sales 
• Property development 
• Subdivisions 
• Joint Ventures 
• Leasing - retail, commercial and industrial
• Leasing disputes 
• Property finance transactions, including construction finance 
• Capital gains tax, GST, stamp duty and land tax advice regarding property holdings and transactions
• Owners Corporation matters 
• Construction matters 

You are expected to bring exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic to the table, along with problem-solving abilities.
