The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented Corporate & Commercial lawyer, with at least 1 year of PAE, to join this high performing team at the Lawyer or Associate level depending on experience.
This role will see you working as part of a dynamic and high performing team on an interesting mix of matters including:

• general corporate and commercial advisory;
• business, asset and share sales;
• business structuring and asset protection; and
• agribusiness transactions.

Previous experience in all of the above is desirable, however this is a role where you will have direct access to the Partner and the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in these areas as required.
To be successful in this role, you will be driven to progress your career, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have gained your experience in a reputable firm.
