We have an opportunity for aSenior Associate to join our Corporate Advisory and M&A practice. Based in Brisbane, you will work directly with John Toigo, supporting all partners in the national team.
About the team and the work
The team advises blue-chip companies and enterprises, SMEs and start-ups across Australia and internationally on the full spectrum of commercial law issues
You will be involved in work spanning capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions (regulated and unregulated), companies and securities regulation, major commercial transactions, joint ventures and resources projects
The team promotes flexibility and will support individual goals and aspirations where possible
About you
- You will have 4 - 6 years’ experience gained in a well-regarded mid to top tier corporate practice or in-house in a corporate advisory and/or M&A role
- Fluency in Mandarin would also be well regarded
